Creating a new Fabric Care User eXperience
#Understand+Create
#Co-Creation
#Interviews
This project aims to gather insights into the Fabric Care journey by looking at user behaviors, needs, and frustrations. It combines regional views into a Global Fabric Care Strategy using shared scenarios and storyboards, gradually involving more participants to build a clear, user-focused approach.
My role
Timing
The project
I led efforts to understand how users interact with the control panel. I organized and followed up on co-creation sessions with users, conducted interviews, observed behaviors, and and synthesized findings into actionable proposals
Year: 2021

A new Fabric-Care experience
The project focuses on co-creation, meeting users in four regions across four sessions. Each session builds on insights from the last, refining the proposal while strengthening trust and collaboration with users.

Understand
Desktop research
Through a comprehensive review of current initiatives, research, and insights from stakeholder engagement, we've defined three core pillars to anchor our future-centered strategy. These pillars serve as guiding principles to align our efforts and ensure consistent, impactful direction as we move forward.

Quantitative Questionnaire
We collaborated with the DYNATA agency and create a questionnaire, gathering responses from 500 participants across four regions: Brazil, Singapore, Sweden, and the USA.

Co creation
with our users
Who we talked to…
We ve bee talking with 4 regions x 4 countries x 17 participants. We ve been in contact 3 times with each of the users, showing them update and evolution of the projects based on their inputs.

On-line interviews:
Exploring User Experiences Scenari
Our team moderated explorative interviews. Experience storyboards were shown to help contextualise ideas. Designers were involved in all the interviews. 3-5 participants in all regions (EUR, APAC, LatAm, NA)

We refined and consolidated our shared experiences with users that we have interviewed in December. Our intention is to validate our hypothesis, gather feedback, and ultimately sketch out alternative key elements of the panel.
Focus on the control panel

Building the perfect panel “together” with Miro & Teams
Iterative Approach. Designing with continuous User feedback loops.

We are consolidating our learnings into key components of the panel. We focus on the user experience, not aesthetic not usability.
Making sense
Looking for a more simple user Experience (with TFT screen)
By integrating insights from co-creation sessions, we’re able to enhance our current panel experience and explore ways to simplify the overall user experience.
