Between 2018 and 2021, I help built and define the Experience Innovation Design team, running the Electrolux’s New Experience Development (NEDs) design sprints, which focused on user-centered innovation across products, accessory, consumables and services.

A compilation of key insights and visualizations to highlight the top concepts from the workshop. The deliverable includes sufficient detail to facilitate seamless preparation for user testing
Assets creation for testing:
StoryBoarding, Prototype, VR setup
Depending on the product category and available time, various techniques are employed to gather user preferences and feedback on tested concepts. Stimuli for the new value proposition range from simple illustrations and detailed storyboards to physical and virtual models.
